You may not use content for personal, non-commercial or commercial use without express written permission from us. You must not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without express written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to: uploading harmful software or code, attempting unauthorised access to parts of the site, or using the website for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate access or take legal action against users who violate these guidelines or who use the site to harass, defame or infringe upon the rights of others.

4. Ordering and Payments

When placing an order through our Online Store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments are processed securely via our payment partners, including Shopify Payments. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity. Shipping times are provided as estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy, which can be found on our website.

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the secure checkout system. We accept major credit/debit cards.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Dispatch and acceptance of the order occurs once goods have been shipped.

5. Request a Quote

Certain products on our website, including all Tansun Sunbeds, lamps, and other selected items, are special or bespoke made-to-order and therefore subject to individual lead times. As a manufacturer, we produce and supply select goods to specification, which means standard delivery timelines do not apply.

When using our Request a Quote service, we will provide you with estimated lead times for production and shipping. Please note that these are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

To request a quote, simply click on any eligible product and follow the prompts, providing key details about your intended use and specific requirements. Based on the information you supply, we will respond with tailored information and a detailed estimated lead time relevant to your custom build.

6. Trade Accounts & Discounts

Access to the Trade area of our website is restricted to verified business customers only and does not involve consumer sales to the general public. You must be able to demonstrate valid business status to apply for a Trade account. Trade pricing and exclusive offers are only visible once your application has been reviewed and approved by our team.

All sales are strictly to the Trade. By applying for a Trade account and using our Trade area, you confirm that you are a business customer and not an end consumer. Goods purchased are for business-to-business transactions only and not for personal use.

We reserve the right to reject Trade applications or decline to supply goods through the Trade area at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Misuse of the Trade area, including unauthorised access or inaccurate information provided during registration, may result in immediate suspension or permanent disabling of your account.

Your login credentials for the Trade area are confidential and must not be shared. We reserve the right to deactivate your username and password if we believe any part of these Terms has been breached or if misuse of the Trade section is suspected.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Please note that some products listed in the Trade section may occasionally be mispriced or subject to change based on updated information from our suppliers. While all prices are assumed to be correct at the time of publication, they may be updated without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch most items within 3–7 working days unless otherwise specified. Larger or bespoke items - (including but not limited to) home and commercial sunbeds are made to order, and lead times may vary. We will confirm estimated delivery dates at the time of order when you request a quote.

Delivery is free for orders over £45 specific to sunbed creams and tanning supplies. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen product. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Please inspect goods upon receipt. If items arrive damaged, please inform us within 48 hours.

All prices and delivery charges listed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

8. Sunbeds - Order Completion

All sunbed orders can either be collected from our West Bromwich warehouse and factory, or delivered and installed by our team within UK mainland addresses (subject to availability and site requirements). Delivery and installation services incur an additional charge and will be agreed at the time of order.

Once a sunbed order has been marked as complete, this confirms that we have fulfilled our obligations by supplying goods that have been tested and released in full working condition. Completion also acknowledges that the goods have been received by the customer, either through collection or delivery.

Our sunbeds include a 12-month warranty period, during which we will provide support for any electrical or mechanical issues that arise through standard use. After this period, any necessary repairs, servicing, or replacement parts may be chargeable.

We encourage customers to inspect goods on receipt and contact us promptly with any concerns. We are committed to supporting our customers both during and beyond the initial purchase, in line with the terms of our warranty and service policies.

9. Returns and Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (excluding made-to-order items such as sunbeds).

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone. Goods must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: Custom-built or bespoke products, including sunbeds in custom RAL colours or optional extras, are non-refundable unless faulty.

10. Warranty

All Tansun-manufactured sunbeds come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers manufacturing faults but excludes wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase and full details of the fault. Our team will assess the claim and advise on repair or replacement options.

11. Product Descriptions

We take every care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or production changes. All sizes and specifications are approximate.

We reserve the right to update or withdraw any product and technical specification at any time without notice due to our policy of ongoing improvement.

12. Policy of Ongoing Improvement

Tansun Sunbeds is proud of its British manufacturing heritage and our commitment to producing the highest quality sunbeds and tanning equipment available on the market. As part of our policy of continual improvement, we continually refine and enhance our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.

Over time, technical specifications may vary for reasons such as:

Component availability or supplier changes
Design and engineering upgrades
Compliance with updated safety standards or regulations
Customer or distributor customisation requests
Enhancements to improve efficiency, durability, or aesthetics

In some cases, sunbeds may also appear slightly different in finish or outer mouldings. Where relevant, we will let you know of such changes.

We reserve the right to update, alter, or withdraw any product or technical specification at any time without prior notice. All specifications are subject to change without prior notice as part of our ongoing improvement programme.

In order to provide the most accurate, up-to-date technical and electrical advice, we require certain information before allowing downloads of our sunbed specification sheets. This may include, but is not limited to:

This information is collected so we can contact you directly regarding your enquiry and requirements, ensuring you receive the best possible service and support. In addition, you will automatically be added to our email marketing lists so we can keep in touch with product updates, news, and special offers. You may unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly at marketing@tansunsunbeds.co.uk.

14. Pricing and Promotions

Prices may be subject to change at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system failure, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

Promotional codes are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability
